February was layered.
In honor of Black History Month, I leaned into a historical fiction stories that revisited the past with honesty, tenderness, and truth. Stories that reminded me that history is not distant. It breathes. It lingers. It shapes.
There were also a few new releases that found their way into my hands. Fresh voices, timely narratives, and books that demanded to be part of the conversation.
This month’s ledger holds stories rooted in memory, identity, legacy, and power. Some were heavy. Some were illuminating. All were worth the time.
The February Letters are now live on the site.
From love,
The Letters
